WHY: To deepen your yogic practice, relax and enjoy the beach town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico, connect with a group of like-minded people.
SAMPLE DAY:
-Optional Meditation
-Vinyasa Flow Class

-Day Excursion (EX: snorkeling, surfing, dolphin/ whale watching, baby turtle release, cooking class)
-Lunch*
-Workshop (EX: acroyoga, thai massage, inversions, pranayama, therapeutic flying)
-Yin Class
*All meals are vegetarian and vegan friendly. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know so we can make accommodate your needs. Please note that dinners are not included in the cost of the retreat.

Single room with queen bed $1,500 USD
Shared room with queen bed $1,300 USD
Shared room with bunk beds $1,250 USD
All rooms have a bathroom
